We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our accounting consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our services including corporate tax, VAT, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and internal audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in need of accounting, VAT, and tax consulting services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate service solutions
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing and networking
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client communications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the accounting or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of UAE tax laws, VAT, and corporate tax services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
