Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Global B2B Marketing & Business Development Executive to identify and engage potential customers worldwide, develop business opportunities, schedule meetings with prospects, and support sales growth. The role combines international business development, B2B marketing, exhibition management, event coordination, and general marketing activities to strengthen global market presence and drive revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential B2B customers and partners across international markets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of global prospects through online platforms, databases, networking, and industry channels.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for sales discussions and business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
Sales Support
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and sales teams.
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Assist in converting leads into customers and achieving sales targets.
Global B2B Marketing
- Plan and execute international B2B marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing activities targeting global markets.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Exhibitions & Events Management
- Plan, organize, and manage participation in international exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and follow-up strategies for events.
- Generate business opportunities from exhibitions and networking events.
General Marketing Responsibilities
- Support branding, communications, and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Track marketing performance and prepare reports on lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Knowledge of international markets and global business practices.
- Ability to manage exhibitions, events, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
