Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the African pharmaceutical/ cosmetic ingredients market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and healthcare/cosmetics institutions across Africa.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, regulatory) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical/chemical ingredients sector.
- Strong knowledge of African pharmaceutical supply chains and regulatory frameworks.
