Business Development Executive (African Market)

Location- Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Target Market- African Region

Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of African pharmaceutical markets and business practices.
  • Proven experience working with clients and partners across Africa.
  • Deep knowledge of African healthcare supply chains and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in African countries.
  • Preference for candidates with professional background and networks in Africa.”
  • Willing to relocate or already based in Dubai

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the African pharmaceutical/ cosmetic ingredients market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and healthcare/cosmetics institutions across Africa.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, regulatory) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical/chemical ingredients sector.
  • Strong knowledge of African pharmaceutical supply chains and regulatory frameworks.
