Business Development Executive

We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, LinkedIn-savvy candidates, and experienced call center agents who have strong communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn and online platforms
• Connect with potential clients and schedule meetings
• Send professional outreach messages and follow-ups
• Maintain client relationships
• Work with the sales team to close opportunities
• Handle calls and communicate with international clients
• Maintain records of leads and conversations

Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication skills
• Good understanding of LinkedIn networking and outreach
• Experience in call centers is a plus
• Confidence in speaking with clients
• Basic knowledge of sales/business development
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
