Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with experience in the Telecom or Technology sector who is passionate about building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, emails, and client meetings.
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and establish strategic partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase company solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Recommend suitable products, services, and upgrades based on client needs and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role (Telecom industry experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
