Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, increasing sales, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

Generate leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
