Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine business development expertise with strong marketing and event management skills to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and facilitate foreign direct investment (FDI) opportunities. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless event organization to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Advisory

· Drive CEO Clubs membership sales and secure high-value clients.

· Identify and facilitate FDI opportunities with investors and government entities.

· Provide expert advisory on business setup and expansion in the UAE and internationally.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.

· Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

· Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

· Arrange B2B meetings, qualify leads, and close deals.

· Collaborate with leadership to grow and retain key accounts.

· Maintain accurate client and prospect data in CRM systems (Salesforce/DMS).

Event Management:

• Create, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, networking sessions, and exhibitions.
• Develop event strategies that align with business objectives and branding.
• Attract sponsors and oversee project coordination and management.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and on-site management.
• Analyze post-event performance and generate reports for continuous improvement.

Marketing & Branding:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Work closely with the design team to create promotional materials, brochures, and event branding.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies for publicity and coverage.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.

Communication & Partnership Development:

• Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, sponsors, and business partners.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand positioning and event success.
• Oversee internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with the community and attendees to foster long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or brand management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing corporate events and marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, and marketing tools is a plus.
