We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Developer with at least 1 year of expertise managing Upwork and Fiverr accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing client projects, contributing to the company’s growth by leveraging freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Manage, optimize, and maintain company profiles on freelance platforms to ensure maximum visibility.

Develop winning strategies for proposals and bidding to secure high-value projects.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and close deals efficiently.

Client Engagement:

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Act as a point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.

Strategy & Reporting:

Track and analyze project success metrics, providing insights for improvement.

Stay updated with trends and competitor strategies on freelancing platforms to enhance performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, etc.).

Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and outreach.

Strong track record of winning projects and meeting revenue targets.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling proposals.

Proficiency in negotiation, relationship management, and client communication.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.

Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or software development.
