Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help grow our marketing agency by generating qualified leads, bringing new clients, and driving sales in the US market.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and selling marketing services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities
- Find and approach potential US-based clients
- Focus mainly on email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other effective lead generation methods
- Handle outreach, follow-ups, sales calls, and client meetings
- Convert prospects into long-term clients
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
- Explore new strategies or channels that can consistently generate quality leads
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Experience working with a marketing agency is preferred
- Strong understanding of the US market
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and test new lead generation methods
Tools & Support:
- We will provide all required tools and resources needed for the role
- Access to outreach tools, CRM, and other necessary platforms will be provided
Compensation:
- Base salary included
- Additional commission on every successful sale closed

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
