We are urgently in need of Business Development Executive who has more than 5 years of experience in valves, pumps, gearboxes and Fabrication, to identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. The role requires proactive market engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long‑term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow‑ups and client engagement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to support client onboarding and service delivery.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in coordination with management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
