Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Russian‑speaking professional to support the Business Development function by researching prospects, generating leads, maintaining business development data, coordinating outreach activities, supporting event participation, and ensuring accurate pipeline tracking.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for execution and coordination activities that contribute to the creation, development, and progression of business opportunities.

They will help drive operational efficiency, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and support broader business growth initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Research target merchant segments, companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities identified through business development plans
  • Execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, industry platforms, and other approved channels to generate qualified leads
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and support prospect qualification activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, pipeline updates, and business development reports
  • Track prospect engagement, follow-up actions, and opportunity progression throughout the sales cycle
  • Support planning and execution of industry events, conferences, expos, and networking activities
  • Coordinate event registrations, travel, accommodation, meeting schedules, and logistics for company representatives attending events
  • Maintain attendee, prospect, and lead databases generated through event participation and networking activities
  • Support post-event follow-up activities and track conversion of event-generated opportunities
  • Conduct market, competitor, and prospect research to support business development planning and opportunity assessment
  • Support preparation of pipeline reports, channel performance analysis, event performance reviews, and business development planning activities
  • Support the Business Development Lead in merchant acquisition, relationship-building activities, pipeline reviews, and other business development initiatives

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce or related fields is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience using LinkedIn and online research tools for prospecting
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Exposure to FinTech, Payments, FX, Crypto, or B2B technology businesses is preferred
  • A Russian National

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
