Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities for gym equipment, wellness equipment, and related solutions. The role involves identifying prospects, building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting project delivery across commercial, hospitality, fitness, wellness, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for gym and wellness equipment projects.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with gyms, hotels, developers, consultants, wellness operators, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing.
  • Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
  • Support participation in exhibitions, networking events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in gym equipment, wellness, sports, interiors, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience preparing quotations and managing B2B sales processes.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Energetic, commercially driven professional with a passion for fitness and wellness and the ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver revenue growth.

Package & Perks

  • Competitive Salary + Commission

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Required)
