Business Development Executive

Business Development & Marketing Executive Location: Doha, Qatar Company: Ottis Logistic Services and Trading Job Summary Ottis Logistic Services and Trading is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting the company's logistics and transportation services. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics, transportation, and supply chain sectors. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Promote the company's services through digital marketing channels and professional networking platforms. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry. Strong understanding of logistics operations and transportation services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
