Business Development Executive

Candidate Must have at least 2 years of experience in real estate field.

Paid Leads will be provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
