Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Officer to join our growing call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, forming partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and client engagement. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and increasing the profitability of our call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets (e.g., customer service, telemarketing, BPO outsourcing).
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations to pitch call center services to prospective clients.
• Work closely with the operations and sales teams to align service offerings with client needs.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Track industry trends and market dynamics to identify new revenue streams.
• Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and help onboard new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably within a call center or BPO environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
