Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview
Adwin Media is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Business Development Team (Client Acquisition & Ad Networks). You will be responsible for bringing in new business, managing client relationships, and collaborating with ad networks to deliver high-quality performance marketing campaigns.
We are hiring both experienced professionals and interns who are eager to grow their careers in the digital marketing and performance advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard direct clients and ad networks to expand Adwin Media’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with brands and agencies.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth campaign execution and achievement of client KPIs.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitors, and new opportunities in performance marketing.
- Drive consistent revenue growth by maximizing campaign opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in direct client handling and ad network partnerships (preferred for experienced candidates).
- Understanding of affiliate and performance marketing (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
