We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with 0–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical ingredients sector, and a strong understanding of African markets, supply chains, and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients and partners across Africa, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic ingredients space. Responsibilities include market research, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Candidates with existing networks in Africa and those based in Dubai or willing to relocate will be preferred.

Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving business growth across African markets. The successful candidate will identify and develop new sales prospects, build strong client relationships, deliver impactful sales presentations, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and conducting market research will be key to shaping strategic sales plans.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for candidates with a background in Chemicals or Cosmetics)
  • Proven experience working with clients and partners across Africa
  • Professional networks and established relationships in African markets are highly desirable
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of African culture and business practices
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai or already based in Dubai

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage new business opportunities in the African pharmaceutical and cosmetic ingredients market
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across Africa
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategic sales plans
  • Achieve and exceed assigned AOP sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
