We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive with proven event management experience to grow our client base, develop sponsorship opportunities, and manage key accounts across corporate and healthcare/event sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close new business (B2B partnerships, sponsors, exhibitors, delegates)
- Build and manage a pipeline: outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiations, contracts
- Develop sponsorship packages and brand partnership deals
- Support planning and execution of events (conferences, workshops, webinars) with operations team
- Maintain relationships with KOLs, speakers, partners, and vendors
- Coordinate with marketing to drive registrations and revenue targets
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and weekly sales performance updates
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic + English (spoken and written)
- 2–5 years experience in business development / sales
- Strong background in event management / conference organizing
- Confident in pitching sponsorships and partnerships
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- UAE market knowledge preferred
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if field work required)
