Business Development Executive (Arabic) – Events

We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive with proven event management experience to grow our client base, develop sponsorship opportunities, and manage key accounts across corporate and healthcare/event sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close new business (B2B partnerships, sponsors, exhibitors, delegates)
  • Build and manage a pipeline: outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiations, contracts
  • Develop sponsorship packages and brand partnership deals
  • Support planning and execution of events (conferences, workshops, webinars) with operations team
  • Maintain relationships with KOLs, speakers, partners, and vendors
  • Coordinate with marketing to drive registrations and revenue targets
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and weekly sales performance updates

Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic + English (spoken and written)
  • 2–5 years experience in business development / sales
  • Strong background in event management / conference organizing
  • Confident in pitching sponsorships and partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • UAE market knowledge preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if field work required)
