Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to handle sales activities, client dealing, and daily follow-ups for our architectural firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into clients, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads for architectural services
  • Handle daily client communication and dealing
  • Present company services and proposals to potential clients
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with the design and technical team for project requirements
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in architecture, construction, or real estate)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage clients and follow up consistently
  • Basic understanding of architectural or design services
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
