Business Development & Executive Assistant


Position Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Business Development & Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO.

This role is designed for a high-potential professional (1–3 years experience) who wants to grow within a structured business development environment and gain direct exposure to strategic decision-making.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support


  • Identify and research new business opportunities

  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipeline reports

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping

  • Follow up with prospects and track deal progress


Executive & Operational Support


  • Manage schedules, meetings, and professional correspondence

  • Prepare weekly reports and KPI dashboards

  • Organize documentation and internal workflows

  • Coordinate with marketing and external partners


Marketing & Lead Generation


  • Support LinkedIn prospecting and B2B outreach

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials

  • Conduct digital research and performance tracking

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales

  • Excellent English (spoken & written)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint essential)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B environments

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels

  • Experience with Canva or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Strong presentation formatting skills
