Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to develop and expand the spare parts market across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, possess strong technical and market knowledge of automotive spare parts, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach to sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the spare parts business and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including workshops, distributors, and fleet customers.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, report regularly on pipeline activities, and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote brand visibility and business growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Automotive Engineering (preferred).

· 2–5 years of experience in the automobile industry; knowledge of spare parts is an added advantage.

· Prior experience within the GCC, preferably within the UAE.

· Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

· Candidates with international business travel experience or those who have managed customers outside the UAE will be preferred.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

· Possession of a valid UAE or GCC driving license is preferred.
