We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive for our Auto Trade Division focused on the Caribbean market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing dealer networks, maintaining client relationships, and promoting Japanese vehicle exports across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new dealerships and buyers in the Caribbean market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate sales through outbound calls, emails, and digital communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide vehicle quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and shipment updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Auto Trade or Vehicle Export Sales.
- Strong understanding of the Caribbean automotive market.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Existing dealership network or client base will be considered an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: PKR 60,000 – 120,000 (Based on Experience)
