We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role involves identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities. This is a contract based position leading to a full-time position on the basis of the performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client outreach and market research.
- Achieve and exceed the sales target key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Stay up to date about current market trends, competitor strategies, and industry advancements
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B) in digital marketing is preferred
- Basic understanding of digital services and concepts (SEO, Web development etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and focused on achieving set goals and targets
