We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive who can help us expand our international client base through Email Marketing, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Email Marketing campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Manage and grow our presence on freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
- Prospect clients and generate leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional networks.
- Write compelling business proposals and follow up with potential clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Track sales metrics, prepare weekly performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation.
- Proven success using LinkedIn and email campaigns for outreach.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Understanding of IT services (web / mobile / software development).
- CRM tools knowledge (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with B2B lead generation tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, SalesQL).
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
- Familiarity with proposal writing tools and templates.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
