We are a premium cycling tour company in Dubai, offering guided experiences tailored for corporate groups, team-building activities, and tourism operators. Our focus is exclusively B2B, partnering with corporates, MICE agencies, hotels, and tour operators to deliver unique and memorable experiences.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B growth in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have an established network of corporate clients, hotels, and tour operators, and a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate and hotel clients, as well as partnerships with tour operators and DMCs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Event Managers, Travel Planners).
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and packages for corporate team-building and group activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement B2B campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and Google Ads initiatives.
- Track sales pipelines, report progress, and achieve monthly and quarterly B2B targets.
- Represent the company at corporate events, MICE trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in corporate events, hospitality, or tourism.
- Strong existing network of corporate clients, hotels, and MICE agencies in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales prospecting techniques.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
