Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Inside Sales team at our Dadar and Andheri offices. In this role, you will help working professionals and students find the right educational programs through consultative sales and counselling. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets through end-to-end sales.
  • Generate leads via cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Identify and convert prospective students into enrollments.
  • Counsel working professionals on suitable programs.
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales progress.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development (Ed-Tech is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling sales conversations over phone and in person.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.
  • Must be willing to work on-site from Dadar or Andheri.
