Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Techno-Sales Professional who can drive revenue growth through consultative solution selling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity portfolio offerings, along with the ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle. The role requires proactive pipeline building through cold outreach, relationship nurturing, and structured CRM-driven sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities across network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed IT service offerings.
  • Perform structured cold calling, lead prospecting, and territory mapping to establish new customer relationships.
  • Conduct requirement understanding discussions and map customer needs to technical solutions in coordination with the technical / pre-sales team.
  • Prepare and present solution proposals, commercials, and techno-commercial documents to clients.
  • Maintain and update leads, sales opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems, adhering to disciplined pipeline management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Support, Finance, and Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in industry events, vendor briefings, and partner engagements to enhance solution knowledge and expand the network landscape.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in network solutions, firewall/security appliances, Wi-Fi infrastructure, endpoint/cybersecurity solutions, or managed SOC/IT services.
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling, direct outreach, and B2B sales engagement.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, or equivalent) and ability to maintain structured sales records.
  • Multi-lingual communication capability (English ,Hindi, Malayalam).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under target-driven environments with high accountability.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent experience in the field.

Additional Advantage
