Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven BDE to generate new business opportunities, connect with decision-makers, schedule meetings, create proposals, and drive client acquisition for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Prepare and share tailored proposals and pitch decks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, marketing) to ensure strong pitches and client onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM and meet monthly lead, meeting, and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development or sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency or SaaS).

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads independently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
