Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to directors, CXOs, and senior executives of prospective companies.
  • Present and clearly communicate our B2B advisory services, including government subsidies, import/export consultation, and business expansion solutions.
  • Understand client needs and align them with suitable Financial offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the advisory/sales team to enhance conversion rates.
  • Achieve and exceed defined weekly and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or client engagement.
  • Prior experience in a business advisory or financial consulting firm is an added advantage.
  • Candidates from the financial sector are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior professionals.
  • Basic understanding of government subsidy schemes and international trade (training will be provided).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
