Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is target-based, and the ideal candidate should be result-driven with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into potential clients
• Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies

Requirements:

• Prior experience or strong interest in business development
• Candidate have 2-3 years of hands on experience
• Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with accountability
