Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, site visits, and referrals.
  • Explain project details, features, and pricing to clients.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain daily reports of client interactions and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.

Salary: 15000-40000 + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,048.98 per month
