Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Mohali

Qualifications : UG /PG with any stream

Experience: 6m-1 year

Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our sales team and contribute to achieving our sales targets. The Telecaller of inside sales will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, or schedule a meeting with our sales representatives. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to inform them about our products or services using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Keep records of calls and sales activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Good time management skills
  • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus
