Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, proposal management, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and send professional proposals to potential clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client interest and engagement, in line with company processes.
  • Escalate specific client inquiries or complex issues to the Sales Manager promptly.
  • Maintain accuracy in all communication and documentation to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Organize, update, and manage client records and internal documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and provide timely reports and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving business needs and tools.
  • Comfortable using computers – fast typing skills and smooth software navigation are essential.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,717.66 per month
