Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, well-presented candidate with strong communication skills who can manage professional meetings with interior designers, architects, contractors, and design studios. This is a fully field-based role involving regular visits to designer and architect offices to promote our complete range of building materials and bathware products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, and design studios.
- Present and explain company products — Tiles, Laminates, Plywood, Hardware, Bathware, Sanitaryware, and other building material products — confidently and professionally.
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with designers, channel partners, and industry professionals.
- Follow up on inquiries, client requirements, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Collect and share market updates, competitor information, and client expectations.
- Prepare daily visit reports, meeting updates, and requirement sheets for the internal team.
- Promote the brand professionally during all field interactions and maintain a strong market presence.
Requirements:
- Male or Female candidate with a pleasant personality and presentable appearance.
- Strong communication, convincing ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new people.
- Ability to independently handle meetings with designers, architects, and decision-makers.
- Prior experience in Building Materials, Bathware, Interior Products, Sanitaryware, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
