We are looking for a proactive BDE to handle inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, pitch our services effectively, and close deals with consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads and qualify customer needs

Make outbound calls for prospecting and conversions

Pitch services clearly (GST, PPOB/APOB, Micro-Warehousing, Logistics, etc.)

Build strong relationships and maintain high follow-up discipline

Track enquiries, updates, and conversions in CRM

Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

1–3 years of sales/tele-sales experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Basic understanding of e-commerce, logistics, GST (preferred)

Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
