Business Development Executive (1–3 Years) – Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales, client outreach, and digital marketing services. The role requires a strong understanding of SEO, social media, website development, and online branding solutions. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Understand client requirements related to SEO, social media management, website design, paid ads, and branding
• Present service offerings clearly and professionally
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow-up communication
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding
• Meet monthly targets for meetings booked and deals closed

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, website services, ads, funnels, branding)
• Comfortable with lead generation tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Ability to communicate clearly with international clients (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Middle East)
• Basic understanding of SEO, social platforms, website performance, and analytics
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
• Strong follow-up discipline and closing skills

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with CRM tools
• Prior agency experience
• Understanding of proposals and pitch decks
