Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, reach out to, and acquire new potential clients. Onboard new clients with complete professionalism and clarity. Ensure smooth transition, documentation, and activation of their accounts.

2. Growth & Expansion: Support Actively contribute to scaling the team and executing initiatives that support company-wide growth. Work closely with the CEO to implement new strategies and market opportunities.

3. Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with both existing and new clients. Serve as a trusted point of contact for client queries, engagement, and support. Keep track of payment cycles and subscription dues, ensuring timely follow-ups.

4. Marketing, PR & Brand Building: Promote the company across our social media channels. Support PR-driven activities such as outreach, content coordination, and brand representation. Participate in industry events, networking forums, and promotional initiatives.

5. Strategic Coordination with Leadership: Work directly under the CEO, assisting in high-level execution, communication, and daily business development operations. Prepare reports, performance updates, and insights to support leadership decisions.

Compensation Structure

  • 15,000/month stipend for 3-month probation.
  • Performance will be assessed on clear, structured metrics.
  • ₹25,000/month salary post-probation + high-performance variable (no cap).
  • Letter of Recommendation for top performers.
  • LinkedIn Recommendation from senior management for exceptional contributors.
  • Immediate start after the interview

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
