The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve company growth objectives. The role involves generating leads, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online channels, databases, and networking.
- Generate leads and qualify them for follow-up
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present products/services.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Recommend new services or product enhancements based on market demands.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop pitches and presentations.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and market feedback.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any graduates.
