We are now hiring a B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in the real estate ecosystem.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and sharp B2B Sales Executive who can sell our Real Estate Lead Generation Services to property dealers, brokers, and real estate agents in multiple cities across India.

This role is ideal for candidates who understand the property market and are confident in pitching performance marketing solutions to real estate professionals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to property dealers, brokers, real estate agents, and builders across different Indian cities.
  • Pitch Admavic’s exclusive real estate leads packages (rent & sale) to potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explain lead quality, pricing models, and campaign benefits.
  • Build long-term relationships with real estate partners to ensure recurring sales.
  • Manage B2B sales calls (in Hindi), follow-ups, WhatsApp pitching, and deal closures.
  • Understand client requirements (rent/sale, city preference, property type) and recommend suitable lead plans.
  • Maintain a clear sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the marketing and campaign teams to ensure client satisfaction and feedback loop.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with consistency and strong communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hindi fluency is mandatory (written & verbal).
  • Minimum 6 months – 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have worked with property dealers, channel partners, real estate consultants, real estate agencies, etc.
  • Experience selling services like leads, marketing packages, digital solutions, or SaaS.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain digital marketing/lead generation concepts in simple Hindi.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
