Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive our client acquisition efforts. This role is critical in expanding our client base by identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and onboarding clients into our ecosystem of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive hunter with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Data Capture: Conduct in-depth online research to identify and capture high-quality leads and prospect data from targeted industries and segments.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Initiate contact with potential clients through a multi-channel approach, including outbound phone calls, professional emails, and WhatsApp CRM messaging.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Meticulously manage and update the sales pipeline in our CRM system, ensuring all client interactions are logged and followed up on promptly.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the seamless onboarding process, ensuring a clear understanding of our services and setting the stage for a successful long-term partnership.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to effectively articulate PANDAeCe’s unique value propositions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business API is a plus).
  • Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)
