Job Summary:

CollegeDekho is looking for enthusiastic and student-focused IELTS Academic Counselors to guide learners in their study-abroad and test-preparation journey. The ideal candidate will assist students in understanding IELTS requirements, selecting the right training programs, and supporting them throughout the admission and enrollment process. Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for counseling are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding IELTS training programs, exam formats, modules, and preparation strategies.
• Understand student goals (study abroad, immigration, career growth) and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information about course features, training schedules, fees, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the training team to schedule demo classes, assessments, and sessions.
• Track student progress and maintain follow-ups for enrollment closures.
• Maintain complete records in CRM and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Participate in student engagement activities, webinars, and workshops.
• Meet monthly counseling and enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduates (any stream) can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with IELTS exam structure (advantage but not mandatory).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage).
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
• Experience in education counseling / EdTech / test-prep will be a plus.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
