About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Executive/ Sales Executivewho can identify, engage, and convert potential clients for our Digital Marketing services and SaaS-based business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online channels.
  • Pitch and sell Digital Marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, Performance Marketing, Branding, etc.) and SaaS-based tools to prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand their business needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Create detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM data accurately and generate periodic sales reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing Sales, IT Services, or SaaS Product Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and propose effective tech-driven marketing or SaaS solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Experience:

  • Selling Digital Marketing retainers or performance-based marketing solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS product demos and subscription sales.
  • Prior experience working with startups or agencies is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,333.14 - ₹30,487.44 per month
