We are expanding our global footprint and looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who can bring new clients, build long-term relationships, and represent our company internationally.

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify potential clients, generate leads, build relationships, and close deals for mobile apps, websites, and SaaS products.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to work independently while meeting monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold outreach, and personal networks
  • Present company services, portfolio, and proposals to clients
  • Generate qualified leads for mobile app development, web development, SaaS products, and AI solutions
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and demos
  • Create daily/weekly activity & pipeline reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with the design & development teams to propose the best solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients
  • Represent the company professionally in all communications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into deals
  • Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, Fiverr, CRM, etc.)
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)

  • Experience in mobile app or web development sales
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms & subscription-based models
  • Experience selling to US/EU/Australian clients
  • Ability to bring immediate leads from personal network
