Preferred Candidate:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any) — most preferred: BBA / MBA, BCom / MCom, BTech / BCA / MCA
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in Business Development,
• Skills: Strong persuasion and communication skills,
• Platform Knowledge: Experience with bidding platforms like Jam portal, CDSCO portal, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business growth areas.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business development efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and present the value of Vexil's IT products and financial solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
• Participate in negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology developments, and competitors' activities.
• Leverage online bidding platforms to identify and secure project opportunities.
• Provide management with regular reports on business development activities and performance.
