Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and growth-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, conducting market research, and supporting the end-to-end business acquisition process. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead-generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products/services and present tailored solutions to clients
  • Conduct requirement discussions, product presentations, and prospect assessments
  • Create and execute outreach strategies to expand market reach (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to support business strategy
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM with activities and progress
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual or physical) to support deal closures
  • Achieve monthly business acquisition goals and contribute to long-term revenue growth

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
