We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive admissions for our JEE–NEET coaching programs. The ideal candidate should be confident in field visits, student counselling, and handling admission conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through school visits, tuition center visits, field marketing, and local networking.
- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents about JEE/NEET courses, batches, fees, and academic planning.
- Follow up with enquiries to ensure conversions and meet monthly admission targets.
- Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and outreach activities at schools/centers.
- Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry sheets, and follow-up trackers.
- Build strong relationships with schools, coaching centres, and local partners.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and marketing teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Any degree (Science background preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work, meeting people, and travelling locally.
- Ability to handle targets, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of the JEE–NEET ecosystem is a plus.
