Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and social media.
• Approach D2C brands, startups, and e-commerce companies for digital marketing services.
• Understand client business models and pitch relevant performance marketing solutions (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Strategy) to prepare proposals and campaign plans.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and case studies.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue.
• Maintain updated CRM records for leads, follow-ups, and prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience or internship in digital marketing / performance marketing is preferred.
• Good understanding of D2C business models and online growth channels.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about brand growth.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, E-commerce marketing is a plus.
