Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales and generate business for our hospitality & facility management services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to manage corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for manpower supply, and facility management services.
• Conduct client meetings visit client site, presentations, and service demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industries, commercial establishments, and hotels.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team for seamless client onboarding.
• Maintain follow-up trackers, daily reports, and client interaction logs.
• Participate in negotiations and close deals effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Good negotiation and closing ability
• Field sales experience mandatory
• Knowledge of hospitality/facility management industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
