Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify, acquire, and manage new clients and strategic business opportunities. This role is key to expanding im24x7's global footprint across AI services, mobile/web development, cloud solutions, and IT consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, partnerships, and strategic channels.
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for AI/ML projects, custom software, web/mobile development, cloud migration, and IT consultancy.
  • Pitch tailored technology solutions to global clients across industries such as eCommerce, Healthcare, FinTech, Real Estate, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and solution teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and technical quotes.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle - from lead generation to negotiation and successful onboarding.
  • Use CRM and automation tools to track leads, client interactions, and deal progress.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and performance targets.
  • Maintain long term client relationships for upselling, cross selling, and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B tech sales or business development, ideally in software services or AI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, AI/ML, and tech stacks such as React, Node.js, Laravel, AWS, Python, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Ability to convert client requirements into viable technical briefs and proposals.
  • Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/lead platforms.
Preferred
  • Experience in international client acquisition (UAE, USA, UK, KSA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with freelance/bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and GoodFirms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, target-driven, and self motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Understanding of AI solution selling, SaaS models, or productized service offerings.
Compensation
  • Fixed Salary (if applicable) + Performance-Based Commission

  • Commission-Only Model (For partners or freelancers)
