Job Description:
Dyneton is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and other outreach methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferable).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
